    How do I return my order?

    We hope you love your EFFIE piece. If it’s not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition with all tags and hygiene protection intact.

    Please contact us with your order number to start your return. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

    Are there any shipping costs?

    No. EFFIE offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.

    Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on your destination. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

    Can I still change my order?

    If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
